How much does a job cost?

You propose the price when you send a request. Workers and drivers who accept your price respond, and you choose who does the job. Companies list packages with a fixed price.

How do I pay?

When the work is complete, you pay the full amount using the official prices and payment methods shown in the app — cash or electronic.

What if something goes wrong after the job?

Report it in the app within 24 hours of completion and the team will fix it at no extra charge. The guarantee covers the quality of the work, not materials you supplied yourself.

Can I cancel a request?

Yes, before the provider is on their way. If you cancel when they arrive or after, standard travel fees may apply.

Who are the providers?

Every worker, driver and company sends their details and documents when they sign up, and the Wasl team reviews each account before it can receive requests. Customers rate every completed job.

Who can see my address?

Only the provider assigned to your active request. Wasl doesn’t sell, trade or rent personal data to anyone.
